7:00 pm: Doors Open to the welcoming music of the Ottawa Capital Klezmer Trio

We welcome you, our guests, to our 10th Anniversary event as doors open at 7:00pm. Browse our silent auction and sales tables, grab a refreshment from the bar and socialize while tasty appetizers are served from our servers and food stations throughout the venue. Visit the Henna Artist and Tarrot Card readers, venture to the information booth to ask any questions you ever had about Child Haven and check out the List of Needs board to see all the immediate needs and projects looking for support and funding. And last but not least get your tickets for the 50/50 draw all while listening to the sounds of music from the Ottawa Capital Klezmer Trio.

7:30 pm: Welcome from Adrian Harewood

Congregate along the main venue floor as your host, Adrian Harewood, delivers opening remarks and introduces you to the work of our Charity, Child Haven International.

7:45 pm: Belly Dancing on Central Stage

Enjoy the stage performance from Halyma and Isaden, professional belly dancers and belly dancing teachers.

8:00 pm: Welcome from Fred Cappuccino

Fred Cappuccino, Child Haven's beloved cofounder, will speak on behalf of the charity on the advancements and status of Child Haven since last year's event, along with a video presentation.

8:15 pm: Aytahn Stage Performance

Be mesmerized by performances from Aytahn of Montreal Circus. Mingle with other guests and do a little shopping at the auction.

8:30 pm: Florquestra Brazil Stage Performance

Florquestra Brasil takes the stage with an intricate mix of feverish sambas, a pinch of sultry bossa novas, a dash of tropical rhyme, and the beauty of Brazilian harmony.

9:00 pm: Dessert is Served and Aytahn's Stage Performance Continues

Grab a desert, mingle and shop as Aytahn returns to the stage.

9:15 pm: Silent Auction Closing Rules & Dr. Jazz takes the Stage

Adrian Harewood will take the stage and present the rules for the closing of the silent auction. Guests participating in the silent auction will have their final chance to bid on items before the auction closes at 9:30 sharp! Winner of the 50/50 draw will be annouced.

The Dave Renaud Jazz Quartet (Dr. Jazz ) takes the stage.

9:30 pm: Silent Auction Ends

The silent auction comes to an end, with payment stations opened to process payments for the lucky auction winners

9:30 - 11:00 pm: Dr. Jazz continues

Stick around for the Dave Renaud Jazz Quartet (Dr. Jazz) to serenade the audience will smooth jazz beats while guests relax, socialize, dance, and share in the evening's festivities.
